
We are delighted to announce that Paul Herbert will shortly be joining the Burnett Barker team as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor.
Paul Herbert joins Burnett Barker Solicitors from another Suffolk firm, where he acted in a range of disputes for businesses, high net worth clients and those in the equine world.
Paul has a wealth of experience and will join our litigation and dispute resolution department where he will deal with a range of dispute resolution and litigation work including commercial, property and equine disputes.

A real high flyer from the very beginning of his career, Paul completed his law degree with first class honours, receiving a special commendation for intellectual ability and sustained commitment.
During his degree, Paul received many accolades including: The Mills and Reeve Law Prize for best undergraduate dissertation, a Researcher’s scholarship, an Achievement scholarship and the Ewart Price Prize for Commitment and Professionalism.
With over 25 years’ experience in the equestrian industry, managing and owning both small and large businesses, Paul brings personal real-world business experience that will be of considerable benefit to commercial clients.

Away from the office, Paul has a passion for horses and not only enjoys a gallop across a stubble field but has also trained and competed up to Prix St George level dressage with both his own and others’ horses. Paul also enjoys riding his motorcycle and has previously raced motorcycle and sidecars, often referred to as outfit racing. He is also a keen sailor.
