One of our family lawyers will meet with you to introduce themselves, provide legal advice and obtain the information needed to start the divorce process.
Using the information provided by you, we prepare all the documents required by the court, liaise with the other party or their solicitor and manage the entire process from start to finish.
Our Fixed Fee Divorce Service to the applicant (the person applying for divorce) is £480 (inclusive of VAT) plus the Court Fee of £593 (a fee payable to the Court Service with every application)*.
