As we continue to grow the conveyancing part of our business, we’re delighted to welcome Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Cher Coles, to our team.
Cher, who joins from Adept Property Lawyers in Haverhill, is the third appointment to our conveyancing team in the last six months.
New Build Focus
Cher’s focus is on helping clients purchase new properties, an area she has a lot of experience in. Having previously worked for The New Homes Group in Colchester, where she was responsible for progressing house sales on behalf of developers, she knows how to keep the new build conveyancing process moving.

Cher, who had always worked in property before going on to qualify as a conveyancing solicitor in 2017, said:

Growing Team
Cher is the second residential conveyancing solicitor to join us in the past few months after Natasha Price started at the beginning of the year and brought with her over 20 years’ experience of helping clients with their property work across the South East.
Our residential property team now consists of six specialist qualified lawyers and five assistants (with one more to join soon) all of whom also have significant experience in property work.
