Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Rania, as well as Katy, worked hard and professionally on my house purchase. Always calling me back where necessary... and this makes a HUGE difference.
The sale was completed so quickly and Rania and Katy were so efficient in making this happen.

I am a Solicitor in the Residential Conveyancing team, concentrating on residential property transactions. I love what I do and feel enormous satisfaction every time a client moves into their new home.
I wanted to become a lawyer as I believed that it would be a profession that was both intellectually stimulating and would provide me with the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life.
I graduated with a law degree in 2004 and moved to the area in 2010 when I joined Burnett Barker Solicitors.
I make sure that all the legal work is done properly while also keeping transactions moving and making sure that clients are looked after - which is why my clients recommend me. Increasingly, I act for buy-to-let and small-development clients - both novice and experienced and I am happy to discuss tailoring my services for repeat transactions.
Before my marriage in August 2013, you may have dealt with me under my maiden name, Rania Sadek.
In the office I am supported by:
Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
As Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, it’s my job to support our Conveyancing Solicitors, Miranda and Rania, with the day to day running of the department.
I have a Graduate Diploma in Law, in addition to a BSc degree in Psychology from the University of East Anglia.
Originally from Blackpool, I now live in Bacton and, as well as being an avid reader, am somewhat of an online-gaming fan!
