Wills & Probate Solicitor
For over 20 years I have specialised in Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications. I understand that this can be an extremely emotional time, so I work hard to offer my clients the personal care and attention that they deserve.
How I can help:
- Writing a Will
- Renewing a Will
- Providing for a charity in your Will
- Protecting the interests of children
Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Property and Financial LPAs
- Health and Welfare LPAs
- Business LPAs
- Grant of Probate Applications
- Administering an Estate
- Inheritance Planning
- Property Trusts for unmarried partners and second families
Throughout my career I have focused upon helping individuals and families to prepare themselves for the future by dealing with the issues surrounding death and/or incapacity.
I know that its never an easy subject to think about, which is why I take the time to work with my clients so that they understand all the options available to them, whether its writing a Will or preparing a Lasting Power of Attorney. I can also advise you on legacy giving – if you have regularly supported a charity throughout your lifetime, I can arrange for you to leave a gift or donation to continue that support once you’ve passed away.
Losing a close friend or family member can be an extremely emotional time. If you’ve lost someone close to you, the last thing you may wish to have to deal with is administering an estate.
Dealing with probate is a complex process but I am here to make this task much easier for you. Not only can I determine if a Will exists or not, I can take responsibility of all the complications which may arise following a death, from Inheritance Tax and Property Sales through to unpaid bills and business interests.
Please note, my working hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am – 3pm.

I first joined the firm as a temp for 3 weeks in 2006, loved the atmosphere, enjoyed the work and wanted to work here permanently. At that time, there were no vacancies but in 2007 a permanent position arose to work for Robin Burnett.
We are a friendly firm and I love interacting with clients and beneficiaries. A lot of my job is supporting clients, for example if we’re looking after a Probate, by making sure that they feel comfortable about what the legal process is at a very distressing time.
We’re all really aware of the people behind the actual legal work we’re doing, so the work, although sometimes sad, is always interesting.
