During these uncertain times, our focus is on maintaining the usual high standard of service we provide.

Our priority is to carefully consider our clients, colleagues and the community.

All staff have now returned to working in the office for at least some of the time.

However, if anyone is working from home, there should be little noticeable difference as they remain contactable by email and as voicemails can be picked up securely from home, can quickly return telephone calls if you leave a voicemail.

Our reception is currently open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and we have a "document drop off" immediately inside the front door as well as a secure mailbox outside for those who don't wish to come in.

To reduce the risk of spreading coronavirus, appointments such as consultations are successfully being carried out by telephone or Zoom/Skype/Teams etc.

For the very small number of cases where a face to face meeting is necessary, we are covid-19 secure. Face-to-face meetings are available by appointment in advance only and will usually last no more than 15 minutes. Please follow the instructions given by our staff beforehand and on the day.

If you are attending the office, please wear a face mask at all times unless you are exempt.

Members of our management team are of course always entitled to ask anyone to leave our premises for any reason.

We understand that many of you will be facing personal or business challenges, Burnett Barker Solicitors will help you respond to those challenges.

We recognise just how important it is to be flexible in the way that we conduct business with you.

We are regularly evaluating the government’s response to COVID-19 and will be carefully considering how we should respond as a business.
