Angela Dauny
Licensed Conveyancer
What I enjoy most about my job is the satisfaction of making a client happy. Buying or selling a home can be a stressful time, so I see my role as trying to keep a sense of calm amongst the madness.

How I can help:
Sales and Purchases of Residential Property
Plot Sales and Purchases
Council House Purchases
Developments
Buy-to-let investments
Re-mortgages
Land sales
Council House Purchases
Memberships & Accreditations
Member of the Council of Licensed Conveyancers
I have always enjoyed working in conveyancing. I love being able to build relationships with my clients and helping to take away the stress of moving. There is a wonderful satisfaction in seeing clients move into their dream homes and knowing that you’ve played a part in making it happen.
I have extensive experience in working alongside property developers which has given me specialist knowledge of the particular details relating to new build properties. With experience on both the sales and purchasing sides, I also act on a wide range of conveyancing matters including remortgages and transfers of equity.
As my client, I will make sure that you are given the highest levels of care and attention, and will ensure that your transactions are kept moving forward, allowing you to move into their new properties as soon as they can.
When I’m not working, I like to spend time with my family, spending time in the great outdoors and I’m also a keen baker.
